Bill of Rights Day
In 1941, then President Franklin D. Roosevelt declared this date in history as The Bill of Rights Day.
A few points you might find interesting –
1) The first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution make up the Bill of Rights
2) It became part of the Constitution of the United States on the fifteenth day of December, 1791
3) It is celebrating its 225th year
4) It written by James Madison in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties
So why is this important to your business?

The Bill of Rights is a framework to support and ensure the platform of consistency. It gives alignment to the many moving parts of our society so that although we may be different, we can and have access to various opportunities to pursue happiness.

This reduces the unnecessary distractions so your team’s energy can be directed toward the goals and objectives of the organization so everyone can be rewarded in the growth and results.
